Endiem Principal Geraldine Gray, Salesforce MVP and founder of Salesforce Women in Technology (formerly GirlyGeeks), will speak as a cloud software expert panelist during the 2015 Grace Hopper Celebration in Houston, Texas.
The “Cloud: Releasing Software into Controlled Chaos” panel will take place on Wednesday, October 14, from 10:30am to 11:30am at the Hilton Americas. Geraldine will be joined by
- Eugene Boguslavsky, Release Engineer at Facebook
- Nicole Santiago, DevOps Engineer at Honeywell
- Kate Gentry, Director, Release Management at Salesforce
The panel will focus on the art of releasing software into the cloud and they will explore what companies do to insure their software is released into cloud environments with ever quickening timelines. Attendees will learn how companies implement cloud-based systems and then find the best way to release their solutions to end users. As our lives get more connected to devices the complexity of releasing software increases and so does the occasional horror story!
