Senior Salesforce Consultant

Team:      Professional Services - Consulting

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience delivering Salesforce projects to internal or external clients
  • Experience solving complex business processes for internal and/or external clients
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model
  • Personal experience creating workflows, permission sets, validation rules and other Salesforce configurations that utilize the platform’s extensive functions
  • Project management skills in agile software development; project planning; project scope; project implementation; documentation of milestones and project status; scheduling; risk mitigation; and project closeout
  • Ability to facilitate virtual and face-to-face customer meetings and discovery workshops; and effectively communicate plans with stakeholders, vendors and internal/external customers
  • Excels at detail-oriented work with excellent documentation skills

Job Role 

  • Conduct business development and discovery client meetings
  • Document requirements, user stories, project plans, deliverables, and project schedule in conjunction with the business development team
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to the development team to ensure client solutions are executed in accordance with Salesforce best practices and Endiem’s white glove corporate culture
  • Lead iterative development sessions with clients
  • Tracks project cost, risks, resource requirements and timelines
  • Develops and maintains good relationships with stakeholders, business owners, and project sponsors
  • Identifies project-related problems and alerts the internal team
  • Accountable for monitoring third-party performance and billable deliverables
  • Continuously monitors project needs and conducts quality reviews; escalates scope, budget, quality, timeline issues appropriately
  • Utilizes and promotes the company’s project management methodology
  • Works with various software development methodologies
  • Support Endiem externally with business development and internally with process re-engineering with the expectation that Endiem will be a great place to work because of your contributions

  • Strong understanding of project management, strategic planning, budgets, project. metrics, risk management, project scoping, and contract negotiations
  • Experienced working with a diverse team and with an “offshore” team
  • Outstanding follow-through skills
  • Task-oriented
  • Prefer someone that has solid tenure in their past employment
  • Self-determined with a grown-up work ethic


4-year college degree in Information Systems or Management, Business Administration or Project Management preferred

About Travel

We’re not road warriors by any means but this role will occasionally take you on the road:

  • Must be open to occasional project travel (which may include weekends)
