It’s a big week for Houston’s biggest independent Salesforce consultancy, Endiem, as we wait to hear whether or not our founder and CEO, Geraldine Gray will scoop the Entrepreneur of the Year award in the 2020 GRIT Awards℠ and Best Energy Workplaces℠ on Tuesday, 13 October.

Experience Energy’s GRIT awards honor the energy industry’s brightest and ‘grittiest’ business people, the ‘modern-day mavericks’, who have blazed a trail for future generations in their companies, their industries, and their communities, using their resilience and determination.

No one fits this definition better than Geraldine. Self-funded from Day One, she has grown Endiem from one-woman-band to the largest independent Salesforce Consulting Partner in Houston, delivering brilliant business technology solutions for clients in the energy sector, including leading lights ENGIE, Sunnova, and Talen Energy. The fact that 90% of clients at Endiem are direct referrals from existing customers speaks to the quality of work delivered, all under Geraldine’s fun and fast-paced leadership.

2020 has been a year that has taken a large dose of GRIT for the whole community, but despite the challenges, Geraldine has actually scaled up her business in terms of team, revenue and even location, with the recent purchase of a new office in central Houston to house the growing Endiem family.
