Meet Endiem

Geraldine Gray has worked with Salesforce since 2000, designing and implementing solutions for companies such as Barclays, Blue Cross Blue Shield, eBay, PayPal, Forrester Research, Salesforce, Shell North America, and The PGA Tour. She’s a jabillion-time Salesforce MVP and a bazillion-time Dreamforce expert speaker (give or take). Geraldine started Endiem in 2012 with the goal of connecting businesses to the kind of affordable cloud solutions that promotions are made of. Be aware, though: She says “shed-yule,” not “sked-yule.”

Mary is a seasoned Salesforce operations professional. Her journey through the mechanical and industrial engineering industry has honed her Salesforce skillset, including development and maintenance, sales, customer relationships, service coordination, and training.

She loves working with clients to transform their processes into Salesforce solutions and then helping users navigate the platform to perform in their roles. Mary is also passionate about mentoring junior resources and helping them advance in their Salesforce careers.

In her free time, you will find Mary with her family and dog, Neville. She loves to travel to random cities to see concerts and comedy shows.

Will Nourse first discovered the Salesforce platform in 2008, fell in love with it and has never looked back, working with across a range of industries and companies. As a 6-time Salesforce MVP and current member of the MVP Hall of Fame, he is a passionate advocate of the platform, particularly for Nonprofit organizations. As Delivery Lead at Endiem, he is responsible for the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring that they delight our customers, are delivered on time and within budget. In his personal time, he's an accomplished landscape photographer with a love for the mountains and climbing.

Jamie came to Endiem with a background in Marketing. Mastering Salesforce and Pardot to develop our clients’ marketing capabilities was a natural next step.

She has always been fascinated by engineering great solutions. Jamie has a problem-solving mindset, whether rebuilding vintage motorcycles in her free time or creating innovative marketing programs for our clients.

Greta works with our customers to understand their business challenges and help them to make Salesforce a huge success. Her special superpower is asking the right questions to unlock the information needed to drive powerful transformation.

As a Salesforce alumnus, Greta leverages great platform insights and product knowledge to drive the best outcomes.

When she’s not working, Greta loves to travel almost as much as she loves to hang out with her French bulldog, Mozzarella.

Starlet has been a Salesforce advocate ever since she saw the seemingly infinite possibilities the platform offers clients.

With many years of SaaS Sales and Salesforce experience, Endiem is a natural home. Leveraging the visionary minds of the team, Starlet is fully invested in working with Endiem’s clients to grow and innovate, utilize Salesforce capabilities, and drive digital transformation.

When she’s not helping customers, Starlet loves spending time in the great outdoors, drawing both calm and energy from the ocean and the mountains. Her children are also forces of nature that she loves to be around!

Steve began his technology career in 2003, working with systems like Oracle, Peoplesoft, and Siebel. His path led him to Salesforce in 2014, where he's since specialized in large enterprise accounts, including Becton Dickinson, Johnson & Johnson, CVS, Disney, and Hulu.

As a Delivery Director at Endiem, Steve is responsible for managing the delivery process for his assigned accounts. He thrives on engaging with clients, learning about their businesses, and striving to meet and exceed their expectations.

Outside of work, Steve is passionate about traveling, particularly to beach destinations. He enjoys swimming, snorkeling, and water sports, and values time spent with his wife, their three adult children and their spouses, and their three grandchildren.

With over 40 years in the computing, telephony, and technology fields, Gilbert Garza brings a rich tapestry of experience to his role as Customer Success Director at Endiem.

His expertise was honed most recently as the App Management Director at ENGIE, overseeing North America's Salesforce Program, where he has been a pivotal figure in Salesforce implementations since 2007.

In his role at Endiem, Gilbert applies his extensive experience to support clients in maximizing their Salesforce ROI.

Away from work, Gilbert enjoys the vibrant life of his hometown, San Antonio, and values quality time with his family, including three children and three grandchildren.

Carissa is a seasoned CRM and Salesforce professional with over two decades of consulting experience. 

Her career began with proprietary software, and since then, she's worked with various CRM systems, including Siebel, Dynamics CRM, and Salesforce. Carissa is passionate about crafting innovative solutions, delivering exceptional customer support, and empowering businesses through CRM technology.

She thrives on solving problems for clients using Salesforce’s "Clicks Not Code" approach and enjoys mentoring others in their Salesforce careers. As a Technical Project Manager, Carissa oversees project planning and execution, ensuring everything is delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.

In her free time, Carissa enjoys cooking and baking, leveraging her Masters in Gastronomy & Food Studies to delight family and friends. She loves spending time with her husband, two adult children, their families, and her beloved Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Grady and Greta.

Alicia is an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on solving complex business challenges. With 4 years of enterprise-level project experience, she has worked closely with investment firms to transform operations, manage data migrations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

At Endiem, Alicia is a Senior Business Analyst. She thrives on collaborating with clients to deliver tailored solutions that not only meet immediate needs but also scale for future growth.

In her free time, Alicia enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and camping with her husband and two children.

Cecilia is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and has worked as a Salesforce Administrator for a local non-profit implementing their new Salesforce instant and migrating their data from a legacy system. She brings with her twenty plus years of customer-facing retail management experience leading teams and sales processes. Cecilia graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati.

Coming from a background in manufacturing project management, Tess brings valuable skills and expertise to the world of CRM configuration.

Her passion for simplifying daily operations and streamlining business processes brought her to Endiem. As a Project Manager, Tess is committed to contributing to our clients' success while taking advantage of the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Tess also knows how to have fun! When not in the office, she enjoys playing recreational sand volleyball, traveling to new destinations worldwide, and trying out the latest Houston restaurants.

Allison Tinsley is our bookkeeper extraordinaire, though she also has an entrepreneurial background. Allison had a video editing business for twelve years before pivoting into the realm of accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University. In her spare time, you can find Allison traveling to the far reaches of the globe, and she’s known around the office as a world-class secret keeper.

Amy is a marketing strategist with many years of experience working with partners in the Salesforce ecosystem.

She loves the Salesforce platform and is excited to be in a position to let the world know how it can benefit their business.
