The Problem
To deliver specialist services to their clients, the properties division was frequently coordinating multiple contractors. The challenge they faced was that contractor information was recorded and managed in different ways across the group.
To streamline the planning, roll-out, billing, and ongoing management of their services in partnership with external contractors, the team needed a solution that worked across all entities. What was required was a standardized approach, providing the critical information while taking away the heavy lifting in terms of administration.
The Solution
With so much information already being captured within Salesforce at the sales stage, the solution was clearly to leverage this Account and Opportunity data and then standardize.
Our global client had a custom object, ‘Partnerships’, already in use, and Endiem’s recommendation was to stick with this structure while relating the functionality more effectively with the Opportunity.
